Return Policy:
You may return a product within 3 days of goods received, if it is due to SHA Matrix’s error or the product is damaged or dead on arrival (DoA).
- Electrical burns, physical damages and tampered items will not carry any warranty.
- All the used items (CPUs, HDDs, Memories, Mother Boards and any other used items…) sold will carry only 30 days warranty from the date of shipment received.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization (RMA).
- We reserve the option to accept non-defective returns, such returns will be subjected to at least 25% restocking fee.
- Replacement will be given for pins missing and non-working CPU's within 30 days of the shipment received.
- Refurbished/Used items are sold as is; before Shipment of these items, Customer may be notified with Real videos and/or images for visual appearance for confirmation. Once confirmed, goods cannot be returned or cancelled for any reason.
- Goods will be shipped only after Customer’s approval.
- To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from SHA Matrix, Inc.
- Customer must notify about the defective goods within 3 business days of receipt by contacting SHA Matrix, Inc
- Customer Sales Representative or Customer Support Representative to obtain an RMA request form or download by clicking the below link.
- Customer must fill out the RMA Request form completely, and send by Email or Fax within 3 days of goods received.
